Moderating or not ?

Carl, just inadvertently posted into a public area, back in the good old days I could have used my moderator powers to shift it to the private bit. I didn't want the world and his brother accessing my pics. NOW ALL i SEEM TO GET IS "You may REPLY to this topic" although some topics WILL allow me to moderate, not that I want to cos everyone is exceedingly well behaved here ☺

Are some moderators more equal than others ?

Nothing has changed that I know of.

PM with the details of topics/forums and I will investigate.

You should be able to moderate in all forums and posts. If any one else cannot do that also please let me know.

The general policy is that all members who have posted more than a few times have equal (moderator) power to modify, delete and edit posts.

Sometimes admin errors do occur.

mmmmm just seems to be the "films and photos" and "private discussion" - exactly the two I was trying to sort out. Don't lose your hair over it

I've had a closer look and.....oops you were quite right you had no moderator status for about 4 sub forums.

I've re-instated these but I don't know why you didn't have this access when you had access to all the others. I don't ever recall changing anything.

Anymore difficulties then please let me know.

Edit...I've just had an even closer look and it's the same for a lot of people if not all.

I must have pressed button B instead of button A at some time......

Looks like I have some admin to do......
