If you go to the 'General Section' you can see the item "News and Information".
Just below that (in the same field) you see a red text "For Sale". That's were it is.
I've noticed the "For Sale" is only visable if you are logged in.

The 'for sale' section is only viewable to logged in members. This avoids the 'bots' and potential spammers trawling the posts, seeing and acting on the information.

I had problems once with a few numpties try to sell irrelevant stuff on the forum.
