I know they're not everyones cup of tea but i find them fascinating. this isnt a quiz but how many makes of tramway loco can you name? French,UK, German, wherever ) I'm trying to compile a list and its so tedious googling all the time!

The Elias.........German I presume, LGB have sold it in several liveries over the years.
This was the latest DR version.

Mike Ousby is the (world's) main man for this.

Don't forget though that tramway in French is not the same as in English.

Le tramway can often mean just a light railway.

Some French 'tram' loco makers.

The most prolific probably Blanc Misseron. (also built Tubize design under licence)
Then Decauville - especially les tramways betraves, Clavados etc....
Tubize, ANF, Lamm and Franq. These 3 had strong Franco-Belgian connections and seemed linked in history and design.

A few others that produced railcars/automotrices, Turgan et Foy, Purrey.

There are more and I will think of them later.
