The 'train running toady'.
Seriously. I had for the second weekend some new friendly Frenchies come and visit. Top people from 'pas trés loin' at Férrieres en Brie . Patrick et Gilles new to garden railways but existing modellers and both hoping to create an extensive railway in a basement.
So I let them drive a couple of engines. It was hot and a lovely day for trains.
But no not this one Mikey. It was just out for show. I have now got 2 more orders for Tramway engines.
And yes the monster made an appearance after 9 months of inactivity. I have still got a fuel supply problem but nevertheless it fired up, ran for a while and drowned out the neighbour's lawnmower. Could be good for a run on the VPR.
