| Dunno , but mine ended up that shape after it took a roll. It still is that shape so don't worry too much it will work fine when I finish all my MODIFICATIONS -AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAArrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh - and find the bits I took off. THAT WORD !!!!! BTW If it is a bit crooked I wouldn't suggest you try to bend it straight as it could cause a stress fracture of one of the two joins.

| Intersting response from John Boyes at Track Shack regarding r/c upgrades ... " we don't supply R/C upgrade kits, but you will find everything you need at www.brianjones.free-online.co.uk including good advice! The R/C Edrigs we supply from Accucrfat are just fitted with the one servo on the forward/reverse steam valve, this controls both direction and speed. I would suggest you have a chat with Brian Jones (he is well known in the hobby) and probably consider getting a 3 channel set to cover reversing & regulator & whistle, or possibly even go to 2.4Ghz" I was interested that the installed r/c on Accucraft was single channel and costs a wapping £180 extra. Glad I didn't go that route. Keep you posted on Brian Jones - has anyone else used him ??? B | |

| That's a good link Clive, thanks. I'm operating on a few aircraft freqs. 26.815 is a Playmobil RC train crystal yet shown on the list above as aircraft use | |

| Thanks Clive
I was just about to post a question on just that subject.
Having downloaded Brian Jones guide to r/c control, my big question was can I use full range 2.4 Ghz in France.
But that looks as though it's no problem.
How things have progressed in r/c since my model aircraft days !!! | |

Don't ask me how I know ? | |
