LGB 20591 for sale

I have an LGB 20591 OBB diesel locomotive for sale.

It is LGB 20520-03 an analogue model purchased in 2005 and has remained in protective storage since.
It has never been out of it's packaging and the box has only been carefully opened twice including this occassion for photography.

I believe this model is no longer available and the last list prices I can find are between £279 and £310 (304€-338€ based on todays exchange rate).

A best offer over £250 (272€) plus postage at an estimated 20€ (France) - 30€ (UK) will secure this delightful untouched model.

I will accept Paypal but (after the last transaction) I find their charges and exchange commisions are unreasonably high.
Also French bank cheque, or I now I will accept an English sterling cheque plus of course good old 'liquide' cash in person.

It is being offered only here and to personal friends first prior to going on e bay with a reserve in 2 weeks time.

Sorry to be pedantic Carl - that's a digital model (which works on analogue fine).

Unless the chip has been removed of course...........

Oh, and whoever the new owner is, its a great loco - mine has been a stalwart and has clocked up many kilometers without any problems at all.

Thanks Paul, that was subsequently pointed out to me. When I bought it I didn't look at that as I am a tad 'digitally challenged'.

The chip must be still there as no one has actually touched it - including me.

Twas me that pointed out the digitalness as evidenced by the box label!

Now kicking myself for not stumping up the extra 10 Euro for Paypal !
