I must say I'm a bit concerned at their 'customer relations' sometimes.
They can be rather inconsistent. I have had some great service from them like an urgent bottle of steam oil delivered in 24hrs at no extra cost but for seemingly no reason they go quiet for periods.
I've a French friend here waiting for a reply to an order.
This is sometimes the way perhaps of small companies with global customers. I seem to remember Brandbright in the UK being a bit like that too.
