Heres a basic project using things you may have around the house; a couple of milk bottle tops, a plastic plant holder, a bit of plastic and a strip of wood:

Simple Haycart 001-5

a bit of imagination and you get a haycart thats fine for UK or French gardens!

Simple Haycart 002-4

Oh and dont forget to add a Schleich horse!
