The poster / timetable frames have now been put in from the rear .... the two tabs at the top are to enable the roof to be a clip fit. The tabs were cut from the original glazing and packed out slightly with some scrap from between the window frames.

From the rear, the windows fit into the panel recesses but stand proud. Everthing was sanded flush because a sheet of thin black plasticard will eventually cover this area over.
The clip anchors on the front of the building can just be seen (indicated by the yellow arrows).
