What is the average size of a tram. I know that they are smaller, just wonder about the shape and size to fit next to a train line ?

I am not talking about old tram, but modern tram (like what we have now in some town).

Laurent, sorry i dont know how to post a link but if you do a search for 'Bordeaux tram dimensions', about the first one you see is a PDF for most trams of the world; length height etc.
