Probably the last pics in 'old gold' colour. Just waiting to order some paint now.

A few small details added a few probably still to add.

I made a 'tank' with lid which can serve as a ( 3xAA) battery box for lighting.

...and added top lamp brackets to take large Regner lanterns.

Serious case of envy developing here! Not a sin I'm normally subject too!

Might have to kill the lucky recipient whenever I see them next! pale

I can also supply a RTR engine to your specification.

Thanks Mike, but, as per our previous private correspondence, you know I'd rather bash myself and you didn't seem that keen to supply to France??????????????

I can see a few future Edrig bashes on this forum. Seeing what you did quite easily and skilfully with yours Brian I think there is more to come from 'les ateliers CFHC', n'est pas ? Laughing

I'm already thinking about another. What is going through my mind at the mo is that one could produce several different bodies to fit on the same chassis.

I feel like a Corpet today...oh no perhaps a Lamm and Franck then...oh on second thoughts a Decauville. Very Happy

This tram thing just sits on the chassis and is held on by the chimney cap!
Take it off and you're quickly back to a completely unaltered and resellable skeleton Edrig.

I lied.... cheers

Here is a short film of the steam tram in action on the CFG.
I thought I had better try out the body on a hot live chassis to see if my soldering holds up.
Well after a good 25 minute run it all seemed to be ok.
